Samoa (a group of islands) is an unincorporated territory of the united
states. Located just south of the equator and to the east of the Fiji
islands in the pacific ocean.The pictured link to the left has a interactive map for the largest island.
The
best attraction information I could find for American Samoa is linked in the
picture to the right. There is a cable car ride to the top of Mt.
Alava which over looks Pago Pago and the harbor. A short ferry ride takes
you to Aunu'u island which has a lake of red quicksand.
